Friday, January 13, 2012 Off Campus Housing for CU Boulder students starts with Fall Preleasing Are you ready?  Get set and go!  Fall Preleasing has started already.   It's important to make sure you have all of your ducks in a row.  Make sure that you and your roommates have clear expectations on where you want to live, what you want to spend, and who gets the big room with the view!   There are tons of great off campus rentals in Boulder.  The best place to start looking is the reputable property management companies in town.   They have the most listings and the most diverse selection of properties.  Dont limit yourself to Craigs List or the Off Campus Housing Office as most Landlords hire professional companies to manage market their properties to students.    Good luck CU students!    1:59 pm mst          Comments Thursday, September 2, 2010 GO RALPHIE!
